Prof. (Dr) Ram Narayan Panda, at present Professor and Head, Postgraduate Department of English, Berhampur University, is among the leading teachers of English Literature in Odisha today. As a creative writer, he has published innumerable poems in journals of repute both in Odia and English. He is in fact a very popular short story writer in Odia having published nearly fifty short stories in different weeklies, magazines and journals. Many of his short stories have also been translated into Hindi and English and published in reputed journals. The first volume of his poems in English titled A Long Sigh of Silence was published by Authors Press, New Delhi in 2014. An anthology of poems in English titled Magic Casements (Macmillan India, 2007, Trinity Press, 2014), edited by him, is being currently taught in different Indian Universities. His new book as a co-editor, published by Oxford University Press, titled The Widening Gyre, has been prescribed for graduate courses. He has published many reflective/philosophical treatises under “The Speaking Tree” columns of The Times of India. Many of his articles, covering different branches of literature and critical theory, have been published in journals of great repute in India and abroad such as The Explicator, published from Washington D.C., USA. Prof. Panda was awarded Ph.D. from the Utkal University for his work on the famous American dramatist Tennessee Williams. His Ph.D. thesis was published in the form of a book by VDM Publications, Germany in 2011 with a foreword by John Russell Brown, Professor of Theatre, University of Michigan, USA, undisputedly the numero uno drama critic in the world today. .

Dr. Balabhadra Tripathy is a Ph. D. from Berhampur University. He was Head, P. G. Department of English from June, 2013 to June, 2015. He is widely published in different journals at national and international level .His areas of interest are Postmodernism, Postcolonialism, Feminism, Indian Narrative Tradition, American Drama, and Critical Theory. He is Member of a number of reputed journals. He is Member, Board of Studies of Deprtment of English of Berhampur University and Khallikote University. He is a Member of Regulation Committee of Berhampur University. He was a Member of the Academic Council and the Senate which formulated and passed the CBCS Syllabus of the Post Graduate Departments of the University.

Dr Shruti Das is a Ph.D from Utkal University. She is currently Head, P.G. Depatment of English, Berhampur University and Associate Director, Centre for Canadian Studies, Berhampur University. She is a creative writer and a critic, writing bilingually in English and her native tongue Odia. She has the distinction of being placed in the ALA Directory of Scholars, Princeton University, USA. Her first collection of poetry A Daughter Speaks is placed in the Bibliography of Commonwealth Literature 2012-2014. She was felicitated as a Distinguished Author at the BRM Author’s Meet, Bhubaneswar, 2010. She is Member International Advisory Board of European Academic Research, a Journal published in Romania and also member, editorial Boards of many reputed journals of literature and Language. She has authored five books. She has travelled widely in many countries in America and Europe, namely, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Greece, The Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Hungary and Malta to deliver talks and research. Her research interests are South Asian Literatures, Postcolonialism, Eco-criticism; Women Studies; Critical Theory; Indian literature and Indian Aesthetics; Resistance Literature; English Language Teaching, Translation and Soft Skills. She loves to travel and indulges in charity.
