Berhampur University believes in the philosophy "healthy mind in a healthy "body". So the University is not only a centre of academic interest but also gives the students ample opportunity to develop their skills and make them physically strong. The University has a very good play ground covering 60000 square meters. The playground has the facilities of two Basketball Courts, Volley Ball Court, Football ground and 400 Mts track. In addition Gymnasium, Indoor Shuttle Badminton Court, Table Tennis courts are also there for all the stakeholders.
Sport complex is equipped with gym and with latest fitness equipment. Irrespective of the heat rain or cold, a regular crowd of students playing game is always found in the playground. These facilities provide a unique blending of art and technology which ignites the young mind for innovative and creative thinking.
